Giga Fiber
Giga Fiber is Jawwal’s fiber-optic internet service, providing high-speed connectivity with symmetrical upload and download speeds. The service offers packages ranging from 100 Mbps to 500 Mbps and includes benefits such as free installation and discounts when bundled with TV services. A one-year contract is required for all plans. Giga Fiber is exclusively available to West Bank subscribers.
Access Line
Jawwal’s Access Line service is available across the West Bank and Gaza Strip. It is integrated with the company’s Superfast Internet packages and offers speed options ranging from 4 Mbps to 100 Mbps. This service provides flexible internet solutions for various user needs.
Cellular
Smart++ Plans (West Bank)
Jawwal’s Smart++ plans provide generous allowances for minutes, internet, and roaming service. There are six packages, ranging from basic plans with 835 minutes and 3GB of data to unlimited plans with unlimited minutes, internet, and international roaming benefits.
All Smart++ plans include local roaming on partner networks, free incoming calls during roaming, and international roaming in some countries like the USA and Canada.
Additional benefits also include discounts on smart devices and extra internet packages.
Smart Plans (Gaza Strip)
Jawwal’s Smart plans in the Gaza Strip provide flexible postpaid options with flexible minutes, SMS, and data allowances. The basic plan provides 1400 minutes, 1400 SMS, and 2500 MB of internet. Higher-tier plans come with 2800 to 4200 minutes, 2100 to 3300 SMS, and 2000 MB to 3000 MB data.
All Smart plans also come with free local calls and messages to Palestinian networks and Zain Jordan, with local roaming support and free incoming calls.
