Chatr Mobile is a Canadian mobile virtual network provider operated by Rogers Communications Canada. It targets entry-level consumers. Rogers Communications has three wireless brands, which include Rogers Wireless and Fido Solutions. On July 28, 2010, the provider began its service in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Quebec City, and Montreal under the name Chatr Wireless. In 2015, the company rebranded under its present name.
Initially, the carrier limited plan features to specified parts of Rogers’ network, known as “chatr zones.” Rogers now offers service in most Canadian metropolitan areas and custom plans for cities.

Chatr offers prepaid monthly bundles with no option for post-pay plans. No-contract plans are available as well. They offer Bring Your Own Device plans and unlimited messaging on most plans. They offer AutoPay plans, a convenient payment method that automatically charges your Chatr plan fee to your credit card, Visa debit, or Debit Mastercard each month. Plus, you can receive bonus offers for activating an auto-pay plan.
Phones
Chatr offers a range of basic flip phones and entry-level smartphones. However, device financing is not available.
SIM Cards
Chatr sells inexpensive SIM cards that allow activation on the Chatr network by any unlocked GSM phone with 850/1900 MHz frequency.
