How to connect to Hyatt Wi-Fi network?
- Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Turn on Wi-Fi.
- Select “Hyatt_Wifi” Wi-Fi network.
- Enter the network’s password and click Join. If you do not have a Wi-Fi password, skip to Step 4.
- A Wi-Fi captive portal will open automatically.
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address and click Register & Connect.
- You will be connected to the Hyatt Free Wi-Fi.
If a faster Internet speed is available, you will be provided with an option to upgrade your Wi-Fi for extensive web surfing, streaming video, and fast downloads.
A complimentary Premium Internet access may be available for Discoverist, Explorist, and Globalist membership levels at select properties. The Wi-Fi service may not extend to meeting rooms where bandwidth requirements vary by the number of connections required.
For Conference Internet access, you will be required to enter an access code to access the internet.

- Go to your Wi-Fi settings and select forget this network and try to join again.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and type http://captive.apple.com or https://connectivity.gstatic.com in the address bar and you shall be redirected to the Wi-Fi portal page.
