Users have expressed concerns with the Wi-Fi at the BUR airport with common complaints being the Wi-Fi captive page not opening. Now re-join the “#NBCWiFi” network and open a web browser such as Chrome or Safari on your device and type in any non-https URL in the address bar such as http://captive.apple.com or http://8.8.8.8. This should prompt the Wi-Fi captive portal to load and you should be automatically redirected to the Wi-Fi login page.
Make sure you are using Fixed Private Wi-Fi address and Device MAC.
- iOS: Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Click on the (i) button next to #NBCWiFi > Tap Private Wi-Fi Address and select Fixed.
- Android: Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > #NBCWiFi Network details > Under Privacy, select Use Device MAC.
How fast is the Hollywood Burbank Airport Wi-Fi network?
