How to connect to Hilton Wi-Fi?
- Open Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Join the “Hilton Honors” or “hhonors” Wi-Fi network.
- Enter your Last name and Room Number and click Connect.
- You will be connected to the Hilton Wi-Fi.
If you have a promotional code, select the I have a Promotional Code option and enter the code to connect.
The Wi-Fi web page should open automatically once you join the Wi-Fi network. If it is not opening, open a web browser and type http://8.8.8.8 or http://captive.apple.com in the address bar to force load the Wi-Fi captive page.

Standard Guest Internet Access
When booking direct through Hilton.com or the Hilton Honors app, all Hilton Honors members always get free Standard Internet, and Diamond members get free Premium Internet, where available.
Joining Hilton Honors is free – its perks include the lowest prices when you book at Hilton.com, free standard Wi-Fi, earn & use points, exclusive app features, and elite-level benefits.
If you are not a Hilton Honors member, the Wi-Fi has a fee. The price depends on the location and property you are staying in.
This rate plan is perfect for checking emails, using messaging apps such as WhatsApp, iMessage, Facebook Messenger, Google Messages, and browsing the web.
You can use any Wi-Fi-enabled device such as your laptop, mobile phone, tablet, TV, or PlayStation.
Premium Guest Internet Access
Select properties offer Premium Wi-Fi for a fee. This rate plan is great for faster downloads of large media files, higher-quality streaming videos, and an enhanced experience when using a VPN client.
Diamond members get access to Premium Wi-Fi for free. If Premium Wi-Fi is not available, you will receive a complimentary standard Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi is not free in the meeting rooms or properties that charge resort fees that include Wi-Fi.
