How to connect to Air New Zealand Wi-Fi?
- Switch your device to Flight Mode.
- Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and join the AirNZ_InflightWiFi network.
- Open a browser and type wifi.airnz.com in the address bar.
- Click Continue and enter your email address and captcha if promoted.
- Agree to the terms and you will be connected to the internet.

Wi-Fi enabled international fleet includes: Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 787-9, Boeing 787-9 V2, Boeing 787-9 V4, and Airbus A321neo. Wi-Fi is not enabled on Boeing 777-367ER and Boeing 777-367ER V2.
Wi-Fi is not enabled on the following domestic fleet: Airbus A321neo (NZ Domestic), Airbus A320 (NZ Domestic), ATR 72, and de Havilland Q300.

How fast is the Air NZ Wi-Fi speed?
The Air NZ Inflight Wi-Fi is best used for email, browsing, messaging, and social media. It does not currently support video streaming services such as Netflix. But you can enjoy YouTube on low resolution. High bandwidth activities such as app updates, file sync, and audio/video calls are blocked or limited.
