How to connect to Air France Wi-Fi?
- Enable Airplane/Flight mode on your device.
- Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and join the “AirFranceCONNECT” Wi-Fi network.
- Open a web browser and type connect.airfrance.com in the address bar.
- Select a pass of your choice and you will be connected to the internet.

You can browse the internet, check your email, and log onto your social media accounts. This plan does not support streaming content online.

You can stream all your favourite movies and TV shows, as well as send and receive larger files or attachments.
Starlink Wi-Fi
Air France has partnered with Starlink to offer free, ultra-high speed Wi-Fi on board all its aircraft. Starting 2025, Air France will gradually equip all its aircraft with Starlink Wi-Fi which will replace the current paid Wi-Fi passes. Passengers are required to log into their Flying Blue account to access the inflight Wi-Fi. If you are not a member, you can create an account free of charge on board.
During this transitional period, Air France will continue to offer the paid Wi-Fi passes on aircraft not yet equipped with Starlink Wi-Fi.
