To get free Wi-Fi, you need to join Aeroplan membership – which is free of charge. Make sure you add your Aeroplan number at the time of booking or before completing check-in to get the free Wi-Fi on board.

How to connect to Air Canada Wi-Fi?

  1. Once onboard, go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode.
  2. Turn on Wi-Fi and connect to the “ACWiFi.com” network.
  3. Open a web browser and type acwifi.com in the address bar.
  4. If you are an Aeroplan Member, enter your Last Name and Seat No, accept the terms of use and click Connect now.
  5. You will be connected to the Air Canada Wi-Fi.
