Telstra APN Settings

Telstra APN settings are required to set up a connection between Telstra wireless network and the internet. Find Telstra APN settings for Android and iPhone.

How to change Telstra APN settings?

Android:

1. Go to Settings and click on Mobile Networks > Telstra SIM Settings.
2. Select Access Point Names and click (+) Add New APN.
3. Enter the values and click Save.

Telstra Internet APN

Telstra Broadband APN

No changes are required in the remaining options.

iOS:

The APN settings are automatically detected in iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 and later.

You can view the APN settings in one of the following locations:

• Settings > Mobile Data > Telstra SIM > Mobile Data Network
• Settings > Cellular > Telstra SIM > Cellular Network

To manually add the Telstra APN settings for iOS devices, use the following details:

Telstra Internet APN

Telstra Broadband APN

Click on Reset Settings to revert back to the default settings.

Mobile hotspot (NETGEAR):

On device:

1. Open device management settings.
2. Tap on Broadband.
3. Enable or add the APN: telstra.internet

On Web Management UI:

1. Open a browser and type http://m.home/ or http://192.168.1.1/ in the address bar.
2. Enter the Username and Password and click Login.
3. Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Cellular.
4. Enter APN profile name = Telstra Broadband
5. Enter APN = telstra.internet
6. Click Save.

Mobile hotspot (Telstra 5G Wi-Fi Pro or ZTE):

1. Open a browser and type http://m.home/ or http://192.168.0.1/ in the address bar.
2. Enter the Username and Password and click Login.
3. Go to Settings > Network Settings > APN.
4. Click Disconnect first.
5. Add APN profile name = Telstra Internet
6. Enter APN = telstra.internet
7. Click Connect.
