Home Internet

Fixed Wireless Plans

Swoop provides a range of fixed wireless plans designed to meet various needs. 

These plans offer speeds ranging from 30 Mpbs to 250 Mbps, with reduced speeds during peak evening hours (7 PM to 11 PM). All fixed wireless plans include unlimited data, allowing users to enjoy Swoop’s fast wireless network without concerns about usage.

The entry-level plan offers speeds of up to 30 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads, while the highest-tier plan can reach speeds of 250 Mbps for downloads and 100 Mbps for uploads.

nbn® Plans

Swoop provides a selection of NBN® plans designed to accommodate various customer needs, offering unlimited data and a range of speeds

Swoop’s entry-level nbn® plan offers a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 5 Mbps. Their most popular plan provides a download speed of 100 Mbps and an upload speed of 20 Mbps. 

Additionally, Swoop offers a higher-tier plan with speeds of 250 Mbps for downloads and 25 Mbps for uploads. All nbn® plans have slightly reduced peak hour speeds from 7pm to 11pm.

FTTP Plans

If your area is supported by fibre to the premises or FTTP, you can enjoy upgraded internet speeds starting from 100 Mbps up to 1000 Mbps or gigabit internet. 

The entry-level plan provides download speeds of 100 Mbps and upload speeds of 20 Mbps, maintaining consistent performance even during peak hours. 

Swoop also offers plans with higher upload speeds of 40 Mbps alongside 100 Mbps download speeds, as well as a faster option delivering 230 Mbps download speeds with a reduced upload speed of 24 Mbps. 

The flagship plan delivers download speeds of 1000 Mbps and upload speeds of 50 Mbps.

Business Internet

Swoop offers internet services for businesses through their fixed wireless and nbn® networks. 

Their fixed wireless plans provide speeds ranging from 30 Mbps to 120 Mbps, while their nbn® plans deliver speeds between 50 Mbps and 500 Mbps.

For larger enterprises, Swoop provides an “Enterprise Ethernet” service, offering plans that start at 250 Mbps for both download and upload, with options available for speeds up to 1000 Mbps for both download and upload, all without reduced speeds during peak hours.

SIM Only Plan (Mobile)

Swoop’s most affordable plan that includes international calls and data banking offers 100 GB of mobile data and operates on the 5G network. 

Meanwhile, Swoop’s flagship mobile plan provides 220 GB of data, along with international calling, data banking, and access to their high-speed 5G network.

There is also a more affordable plan that offers 8 GB of data and operates on the 4G network, but it does not include international calling or data banking features.
