How to connect to Wi-Fi Onboard?

  1. Purchase a Wi-Fi pass or subscribe to a plan at WifiOnboard.com.
  2. Once boarded a Wi-Fi Onboard equipped flight, go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode.
  3. Turn your Wi-Fi on, and connect to the Inflight Wi-Fi network.
  4. Open a web browser and type https://wifi.inflightinternet.com in the address bar. You can also open the Wi-Fi portal page of the airlines such as Unitedwifi.com, ACWiFi.com, or Alaskawifi.com.
  5. On the Wi-Fi portal page, look for a “Wi-Fi Day Pass sign in” option.
  6. Sign in to your Wi-Fi Onboard account and you will be connected to the internet.

Wi-Fi Onboard Passes and Plans

Wi-Fi Onboard flight services are available on select United Airlines, Alaska Airlines, and Air Canada flights. You can choose from single-use passes to monthly and annual subscription plans.

Single-Use Passes

  • 1-Hour Pass (Price $7): 60 minutes of continuous Wi-Fi access on any single domestic Wi-Fi Onboard serviced flight. The pass expires 30 days from purchase.
  • All-Day Pass (Price: $19): The pass is valid for 24 hours of continuous internet access. You can use this pass on multiple flights within the 24 hour window if they are on the same airline and using the same Wi-Fi provider.

Subscription Plans

Monthly Plans

  • Monthly Alaska Plan (Price: $49.95/mo): Monthly internet access on any Wi-Fi Onboard equipped Alaska Airlines flights.
  • Monthly Delta Plan (Price: $49.95/mo): Monthly internet access on any domestic Wi-Fi Onboard serviced flights on Delta Air Lines. This pass is valid only on domestic flights operating between airports within the United States, Canada, and Mexico where network coverage is available. The monthly service starts as soon as the purchase is complete.
  • Global Delta Plan (Price: $69.95/mo): Monthly internet access on all domestic and international Wi-Fi Onboard serviced flights on Delta Air Lines.

These subscriptions automatically renews every month at the current in-market price with an option to cancel your subscription by contacting Wi-Fi Onboard Customer Care anytime. To avoid a charge for the next month, you must terminate the contract at-least two days before the monthly renewal date.

Annual Plans

  • Annual Alaska Plan (Price: $599/yr): Yearly internet access on all Wi-Fi Onboard equipped Alaska Airlines flights where network coverage exists.
  • Annual Delta Plan (Price: $599/yr): Yearly Internet access on domestic Delta Air Lines flights operating between airports within the United States, Canada, and Mexico, where network coverage exists.

The subscription automatically renews each year with the ability to cancel anytime. If you wish to cancel the subscription, you must do so at-least two days before the annual renewal date.
