Products and Services

Fibre Internet

Supersonic provides high-speed internet services through the use of fiber optic cables, enabling exceptional data transmission rates. Customers can choose from a variety of speed options, ranging from 10 Mbps to 1 Gbps.

All Supersonic fiber plans are offered with flexible month-to-month contracts, including free standard installation, a complimentary router, and free activation.

The fiber service also features uncapped and unthrottled internet access, ensuring that users enjoy unlimited home internet without interruptions.

AirFibre

Supersonic AirFibre service provides fast internet in areas where conventional fiber installations are unavailable. The service employs a small wireless receiver to facilitate a simplified installation process, avoiding the need for extensive digging or trenching.

AirFibre offers a range of speed-based plans that come with uncapped internet access, a complimentary router, and the flexibility of a month-to-month contract.

The entry-level plan provides 5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds. Mid-tier plans offer download speeds between 20 Mbps and 50 Mbps, with corresponding upload speeds of 4 Mbps to 10 Mbps.

High-tier plans feature download speeds of either 100 Mbps or 200 Mbps and upload speeds of 20 Mbps or 40 Mbps.

5G Internet

In addition to AirFibre, Supersonic offers 5G internet services backed by MTN, one of South Africa’s leading network providers, ensuring reliable connectivity.

All plans feature a month-to-month contract, no credit checks, a free-to-use 5G router, free activation, and up to 200 Mbps speed.

The lower-tier plan includes 400 GB of data at speeds of up to 200 Mbps, after which the speed is throttled to 10 Mbps for unlimited usage. The higher-tier plan offers 1 TB of data at the same initial speed, also throttling to 10 Mbps afterward for unlimited usage.

On-the-Go Internet

Supersonic’s On-the-Go Internet is a plug-and-play solution that provides fast and reliable mobile data powered by MTN. This service features a month-to-month contract, with no credit checks required.

Customers also have the option to purchase a MiFi LTE router upfront when selecting a SIM-only On-the-Go Internet plan.

The plans range from 10 GB to 50 GB of data, catering to users with varying data needs.
