How to change Singtel APN settings?
Android:
- Go to Settings and click on Mobile Networks > Singtel SIM Settings.
- Select Access Point Names and click (+) Add New APN.
- Enter the values and click Save.

- Settings > Cellular > Singtel SIM > Cellular Network
